The Singapore Economic Development Board announced the "Tech Pass" program on November 12, 2020, aimed at attracting founders, leaders, and technology experts with experience in rapidly developing technology companies to contribute to Singapore's technology ecosystem.
Applicants need to meet any two of the following conditions to be
eligible to apply for a technology license:
*The main applicant can apply for a DP family member permit and an
LTVP long-term family visit permit for both family members and
unmarried children under 21 years old, and can apply for a green card
together after 2 years.
A fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 20000 in the past year.
Have held leadership positions for at least 5 years in technology companies with a market value of at least $500 million or financing of at least $30 million.
At least 5 years of accumulated experience in leading the research and development of technology products, with active users of at least 100000 or revenue of at least 100 million US dollars.
